Swaroop Jain, the founder of the firm Swaroop Jain & Company, is a distinguished leader with over 25 years of experience in taxation services and company law matters, ranging from incorporation to liquidation. He has successfully handled numerous assignments involving statutory audits for corporates, insurance companies, and banks. His deep expertise and leadership have been instrumental in establishing the firm’s reputation for excellence and reliability.
He holds a B.Com degree and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with a DISA qualification. A district-level topper in his secondary school, he was awarded the prestigious National Scholarship. He has been actively involved in community service as a member of the Lions Club of Malad and currently serves as the Chairman of Shree 1008 Mahavir Bhagwan Digambar Jain Trust. In addition, he is a co-opted member of various committees of the Western India Regional Council (WIRC), contributing regularly to professional development and governance.
